This 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from our Viv Vineyard showcases a beautiful dark ruby in hue, showcasing the 20 months in French oak barrels. On the nose, a concentrated dark red fruit, cassis, dusty earth, showcasing the infamous region of Rutherford. Big, rich, dry, full bodied red wine, with a hint of vanilla and a slight touch of dustiness typically foiund in Rutherford soil. It is beautifully balanced with a Frnech oak frame both red and dark berry flavors, with notes of graphite, cracked pepper, caramel and black tea adding depth to a long, fruit filled finish.
